The weather this past weekend in Indiana was great. With temps reaching 70 degrees on Saturday, Ella and Coltyn decided it would be a great opportunity to head to the park to blow off some steam. Ella relentlessly attacked the playground equipment upon arrival. She conquered the swirly slide several times, minus any assistance from Mom or Dad. Coltyn, exhausted from the half-mile trek to the park, chose to sleep instead.
Later that afternoon, Nana and Papaw visited. Papaw, Dad, and Coltyn watched NCAA basketball games all afternoon, while Nana and Ella went "exploring" throughout the neigborhood.
On Sunday, Coltyn visited Great Grandma Gladys for the first time. Coltyn enjoyed his first visit with her, and is already looking forward to her 100th Birthday party later this year. While Coltyn was visiting, Ella showed Papaw and Mimi how to build a fire.

Thanks so much for keeping the babies in front of us! Glad to see that Coltyn and Mommy are doing well. Denise from the picture you look great!! I am so happy for all of you. Ella sounds like an amazing BIG sister. She sounds like she is going to keep everyone on their toes! Can't wait to get over and see everybody-- we are officially healthy so if you have some time this week Nise give me a call and let me know what works well for you.
