Ella's Road Trip to Virginia

This past Labor Day weekend, Ella traveled to Roanoke, Virginia to watch Dad participate in the Interstate Church of God Softball Tournament. The proceeds from this annual tournament help support a school, as well as mission work, in Paraguay. Dad played second base this year for Westlake Community Church of God. Uncle Tony, or as Ella would say, "Uncle Toe-ey", also played and hit several home runs. Papaw P. was a coach. Their team finished first place in the Kurrle Bracket. But more importantly, a lot of money was raised this year for the people of Paraguay. Ella had a good time, but spent most of her time running from Nana and Mom, as opposed to watching Dad play. Ella seems to be in "football" mode now, and wants nothing to do with baseball/softball.
