Ella's weekend began a little early on Friday. She awoke from her nap to see both Papaw B. and Mom standing next to her bed at school. Ella knew exactly what they had come for, to escort her to the Indiana State Fair, of course. Ella really enjoyed herself in her second visit to the Fair. The most enjoyable part for her, by far, was visiting the livestock area. She loved petting, and calling out to, the sheep, pigs, and horses.
On Sunday, Ella visited the new Lucas Oil Stadium w/ the Price's. She was able to sit in Nana and Papaw's season ticket seats and watch the opening of the retractable roof. However, she was a little disappointed as she had high hopes of seeing Bob Sanders on the playing field. She didn't quite understand this was just a stadium touring event, and not an actual game. Gotta respect her love of the game...
"You don't bite Papaw's hand!"
"Hold on, Papaw, you didn't look both ways first! C'mon now, you know better."
"I want that one, Papaw."
"Pssssst.....Nana. I'm going to be sitting in this seat for the Colts vs. Patriots game, right?"
