Ella Meets Some Colts...

With the NFL draft occurring this past weekend, it was only fitting that Ella should happen to bump into a couple of her favorite Colts players. On Friday night, Ella was window shopping along Clay Terrace when she happened to turn around and notice a couple approaching from behind. To her surprise, there stood Dallas Clark and his wife/girlfriend. Ella was too star struck to move or say anything. Instead, she just stood directly in their path as Dallas quietly spoke, "Well, hi there. Aren't you a cutie". Again, the moment was a little too much for Ella to absorb, so she was unable to reciprocate anything but a half-grin as she turned around and continued on her way. On Saturday afternoon, Ella noticed that Jeff Saturday and his family were eating lunch at the table adjacent to hers. Ella was impressed by this encounter as well, however, her main priority was not fraternizing with Mr. Saturday. Instead, she had a grilled cheese sandwich she needed to tackle.

On Saturday afternoon, Ella returned to the Indianapolis Zoo with friend, Hailey. She had a great time. Ella wasn't sure what to make of the Dolphin Show, however. The idea of a fish that big performing tricks both in and out of water was a little too much for her to comprehend. We believe she now thinks that her own fish, "Fishy", is deficient. Ella's favorite site at the zoo was, among all things, the reptiles. Ella intently starred down the lizards, and got a kick out of each time they stuck out their tongues.
