Ella's First Birthday

To say the last 12 months have transpired quickly would be an understatement. As cliché as that sounds, it truly is hard to imagine. We've been fortunate enough to witness Ella's amazing progression from her first few days at home, to her recent first steps. She's been a blessing!

Ella celebrated her birthday amongst family this past weekend. She was extremely appreciative of everything she received, but enjoyed sharing her day with her family the most. Initially, Ella was somewhat apprehensive about how to handle her birthday cake. After several moments of hesitation, she eventually began her demolition process. She chose not to eat the cake, only pulverize it with her fingers. Soon after, she quickly escaped for a quick bath so she could return to the party looking her best.
