Ella had a great weekend. It all began Friday, when she had a surprise visitor pick her up at school. Ella is normally accustomed to either Mom or Dad picking her up, but on this occasion, it was Nana. Both Nana and Ella spent the afternoon doing what they love most, spending time together and shopping for clothes. Ella could get use to this "posh" lifestyle...
On Sunday, Ella received an invitation to visit the Indianapolis Children's Museum with friend,
Hailey. This was Ella's first visit, and she thoroughly enjoyed all there was to see. She really liked the Curious George exhibit, and as the picture below indicates, she had quite the conversation with this character. She also enjoyed the Playscape area, and traversing the underground tunnel within. It was an exciting day for Ella, and she looks forward to returning sometime soon.
"Hey you, I'm down here"
"Think Papaw can build me a mansion like this?"
"So, the underlying concept of this carousel thing is we go around in a circle while music plays. And when it stops, we're in the same position where we began? I'm confused..."
"Nana, what are the chances you could arrange a test lap for me?"
