Ella had very little down-time this weekend. She attended her first dinner party on Friday night over at her friend Molly's house. Molly may just be 2 years old, but she enjoyed reading to Ella and generally just observing her behavior. On Saturday, Ella attended her first church service. The anticipation of the moment was a little too much for Ella as she slept during most of it. Later that night, she invited Mimi and Papaw B. over to help celebrate their 32nd wedding anniversary. Ella provided plenty of smiles and kept everyone well entertained.
On Sunday, Nana came and visted. This allowed Mom to take a much needed nap. Ella enjoyed her company, as the picture below indicates.
