Ella Turns 4

This past weekend was a fun and exciting one for Ella. On Saturday, Ella turned the big “4”. She claims she feels older, wiser, and now carries a certain sense of entitlement that’s even stronger than before. She’s expecting immediate promotion to the “big kid’s school” (wherever that is) as she’s clearly beyond the humdrum present in her current school environment. She’s even taken on a more authoritative relationship with Coltyn, as he’s forced to endure more tea parties, shopping excursions, and faraway trips (which usually take them to exotic locations such as underneath the dining room table). It’s what any big sister would do, right?

It’s amazing how quickly the last four years have transpired. Mom and Dad are truly proud of the little girl she has become, and are excited to see what the years ahead have in store for her. Happy 4th Birthday, Ella!
