Where Are the Ducks and Bunnies?

Mom and Dad recently received an advertisement for a local photography company that was offering photo sessions with live ducklings and bunnies. In keeping with the Easter theme, they thought this would be a great opportunity to capture some images of Ella and Coltyn mingling with the animals. Unfortunately, the session didn’t quite go as planned. In retrospect, Mom and Dad should have requested the photographer start with the duckling and bunny shots, as opposed to ending with them. The attention span of a 1 and 3 year old proved to only withstand approximately 20% of the hour long session. When it finally came time to bring in the animals, Coltyn was exhausted from the effort it required to pose for the camera. On the other hand, Ella was all about the duckling. However, once it decided to drop a healthy #2 on the set, Ella was a bit more timid around it. After the hour long debacle, Mom and Dad were thoroughly exhausted from wrangling the kids in an effort to get the perfect shot. However, even though the session didn’t quite provide them with what they had originally expected, they were still pleased with the photos below:
