Ella is currently fully enveloped in “potty training”, and is experiencing first-hand the rigorous efforts it requires. She has her good days, and then she has her days where she could care less where she goes. As a means to help advance/improve the process, Mom and Nana have purchased special, big-girl undies (i.e. Dora, Cinderella, and Snow White). Some yield better results than others. For example, Ella’s Dora undies seem to experience frequent "accidents". However, her Snow White undies, on the other hand, are always in pristine condition. A recent encounter between Dad and Ella confirmed this:
Ella: “Dad, wanna see Snow White?”
Dad: In a puzzled reply, “Sure…”.
Ella then turned around, pulled her britches down exposing her Snow White printed undies.
Ella: “See, Snow White is on my big butt!”.
Dad, barely able to refrain from laughing, simply replied with, “Well, you’d be wise to not upset Snow White and go on the potty when it’s time”.
Ella: “Yeah, I don’t pee on Snow White”.
Dad, still shell-shocked from the conversation, turned and looked at Coltyn who was seated next to Ella. Coltyn, seemingly scarred from the conversation, simply starred back at Dad with a stoic expression. Seems he too is ill-prepared for these types of conversations.
