On Friday, Ella anxiously welcomed Mom back in town after a week-long business meeting in Los Angeles. Ella and Dad survived the week together just fine, however, Ella's nightly sleeping habits, or lack thereof, left Dad slightly exhausted by weeks end. Of course, upon Mom's return, Ella quickly returned to peaceful, and complete, nights of sleep. Go figure!
On Sunday, Ella attended Great-Grandma Gladys' 99th Birthday celebration at Tipton park. Several of Gladys' friends and relatives were able to attend, some from as far as Tennessee. Ella was elated she was able to help celebrate her birthday milestone, and hopes that when she's 99 she has the vivaciousness of Gladys.
