"Uh....Ew"

Ella's vocabulary is coming along quite well. It's no longer chic to say "ish" anymore. "Ish", as you know from an earlier post, refers to "Fishy" the household fish. Ella now enjoys the dramatic effect "Uh...Ew" (not "Uh...Oh") conveys when dropping her sippy cup, knocking over her blocks, or any other bit of mayhem her little self can conjure up. She's able to apply the phrase in the right context, however, she's still a little deficient in the vocal delivery.

Ella had an eventful weekend. On Saturday, she invited Mimi and Papaw B. over for dinner so she could help celebrate their 33rd wedding anniversary. It seemed Ella's main objective of the night was to have Mimi and Papaw read to her every book in the house. It was an exhausting task, but one she seemed to accomplish by nights end.

On Sunday, Ella returned to the Indianapolis Children's Museum with pal, Hailey. Once again they had a blast. Both seemed to have pushed their selves to exhaustion during their visit, as both retired quickly soon after leaving the premises. Later that night, Ella visited w/ Nana and Uncle Adam. The weather was nice, so she escorted them on a walk around the block. She enjoyed the fresh air and admitted later that night that she has contracted "Spring Fever".
