Roanoke and Hilton Head

Over Labor Day Weekend, Ella and Coltyn once again returned to Roanoke, Virginia to watch Dad and Uncle Toey participate in the Interstate Church of God Softball Tournament. Ella and Coltyn watched as many games as they could throughout the tournament, but as the games extended into 1:00 am on Monday morning they eventually succumbed to their exhaustion. They were unable to stay awake to watch the championship game, which resulted in Dad and Uncle Toey taking first place. It was a great weekend for softball, and a great weekend for the mission in Paraguay.

The following week, Ella and Coltyn continued southeast to Hilton Head, SC. With Mom being away for most of the previous month on business training, it was the perfect time to relax in the sun. Nana and Papaw also made the trip. The days were spent soaking up the sun and playing in the ocean, followed by dinner at Hilton Head's great restaurants. Ella and Coltyn enjoyed the break with family, and can't wait to return next year.
